Reaction paper assignment no. 4

Consider the conduct of Keith Sturdivant, as described in the Brademore Electric case. According to Feary, should it be considered sexual harassment? If so, why? If not, why not? (To answer the “why?” or “why not?” question, don’t just say what Sturdivant did; rather, identify those aspects of Sturdivant’s conduct that make it an instance of sexual harassment, or that keep it from being an instance of sexual harassment—as Feary understands the concept of sexual harassment.)

Answer this question in a paper of 300–500 words. Make sure (1) that the point you want your paper to convey (i.e., your answer to the question) is clearly stated and (2) that you provide support for your answer with some reasons that show why your answer is the correct one. Be brief: your response should not exceed 500 words.
